By far the best airport in Australia. Staff friendly and all the facilities are outstanding.
Not to be confused with any Brisbane airports, Toowoomba's Welllcamp-Brisbane-West airport is a clean, tiny, single runway airport with 4 gates and a couple of flights a day from this beautiful regional town, Toowoomba (situated 2 hours in land from Brisbane city).Expect to be thoroughly searched and patted down as this quite airport would take it's job serious with a small traffic of flights.There is a small cafe with all the basics you'd need for your wait.
Very disappointed love this airport and all staff are great but one Crystal I have had to deal with her quite a few times now and walked away disgusted in her costumer service skills today was no different she was rood and disrespectful I really do not no how she keeps a job she talks to people like they are below her even the guy that was working there looked at me with a look of apology she treated me like I was nothing and that I was wasting her time I would rather drive to Brisbane then to deal with her and I no Im not the only one that has had problems with her I sore she was pregnant all I can say is poor child and hope she never returns of maternity Regards ...... disappointed
just what the "DOWNS" Needed you can fly into TOOWOOMBA from a lot of reginal airports & not go to BRISBANE & wait around for connections, Clean,nice food friendly staff the only downside ENTRACES TO AIRPORT need a bit better signage! BUT WELL DONE TOOWOOMBA.
Love how nice and clean and quiet the airport is. But the drive in needs more clear signage because theres a few turns and roundabouts which are unmarked still. This airport has been functioning for quite a while and signs should be in place long ago already. Get off your Slack A holes and put up the signs. The few signs which are in place around the drive in at the moment are also too small. Take a look at other airports and see how huge and clear all the signage is.
