Nice book store. Able to order in specialized books.
I love bookstores, and Dymocks is no exception. As a major chain you don't get the charm that you get with an independent retailer, but it is consistent and consistently good.

While the store looks fantastic and the range of books, notebooks, stationary is vast, I found that the staff I was served by don't really seem to want to assist if you can't find a book. Yes they promptly check IF they stock the book that you are after, but no assistance was offered when I couldn't find the book I was after.While I was impressed that Dymocks does indeed stock Palomino Pencils, overall I wasn't impressed with the service/assistance I received at all. Sorry Dymocks Grand Central, but you dropped the ball.
