The team diagnosed my cars problems on day 1, ordered the parts and had the car ready to go the next morning. Kept me in the loop with both timeframes and costing along the way. The team did it for a price a lot cheaper than I had previously been quoted by another repairer. They very easy to deal with and friendly customer service. I might also add they seem very organised which was a big thing for me. This was my first time going to them with my Volkswagen and will definitely be returning to them in the future. Thanks
My partner and I have taken our Golf, Forester and Falcon to Advanced over the last three years for services and also non schedule maintenance work. They have proved that they have the knowledge and skills to do work on any car your may have.They have always been happy to do all the work required including tyres. They have never tried to do unecessary work and always try to find the best option with price in mind. Its hard to find mechanics to trust and I trust the advice and communication they provide. I mostly deal with Luke Van Nek and he has always provided me with perfect customer service.
