Everytime I call, they are incredibly rude. Every time I get told i'll be called back, im not. When I call to chase my request, they stuff me around. Id rather go without than deal with them.
Ordered a part through them was told it would be there next day. Dropped by 3 days later and was told very rudely that we said we would call once the part arrived 3 weeks later we get a call to say the part has arrived and they where pissed that we no longer want the part.
First class service. Great back up service. Attention to detail. No bs. Fair price. Saved me heaps in future breakdown costs by finding and suggesting maintenance issues. Thanks Gary & Tonya. I have used many others but 'You're the BEST!'
