Four weeks ago I ordered a navy work shirt with hi vis stripes. Have not received a call that it has arrived. Three weeks ago I ordered a pair of Oliver womens black work boots I went back to the store a week ago asking what is the delay and was told "to be patient" someone will ring you as soon as they come in. Today I decided that this was ridiculous and rang another work wear store in Morayfield asking if they had the boot I wanted. It's not in the store, but we can order it from our supplier in Brisbane and it will arrive in store that same day by courier then I can pay online and they will send them to Toowoomba by express post, tomorrow.How can a company like Totally Work Wear not organise something so simple in this day and age! In total for two items you've lost a sale of around $200! Yes, I am in your system as Elizabeth Batchler. I will never return to your store....ever! Also, I will not recommend your store to anyone. Then today when I rang and cancelled my order your staff member was vague and not really interested. Also, when I did go in to look at the boots I felt like it was all about making sales. Nothing worse than a fake salesperson who only cares about commission and pouncing on a customer before they've even had time to look on the shelf.
Staff are excellent and helpful, pricing is better than others in town and the products are very good quality
These guys are awesome, if there is a defect with products they will replace straight away.You can't beat that they stand behind what they do. Also great customer service
Parking available. Customer service very good with the sales assistant being friendly and helpful. The store has a large variety of work wear . If it isn't there ask and the will order it for you.
Always willing to help. Staff are sometimes hard to find, but prove to be very efficient when serving. The store is a tad messy, but with that said, they keep a lot of things on hand and have lots of demo/trial items as well. Prices are very competitive and the quality of the brands that are stocked are very high. Definitely a returning shopper here!!
