Initial visit and purchase of electrical products went well. Neville at this time was very personable and helpful. This view and experience quickly changed after our dishwasher was delivered and installed than required a technician visit the next day (first use) due to front door not closing completely. Technician found loose screw which had damaged inside of door and not allowing door to close. We called Betta and expressed our concerns with Neville stating that we are left with an imperfect product to no fault of our own yet are also paying full price. Neville stated he had to speak with supplier to arrange a return. Neville commucated back that the supplier was happy with 'not replacing ' our day old $879.00 dishwasher . He also stated that he gave us the option at point of sale to wait for a new model and that we were ok with the floor model. At no point were we informed or given an option regarding a floor model product! Needless to say we will never shop at Betta Toowoomba nor recommend Betta Toowoomba.
Even though it was the Boxing Day Sale, I got a great price, great service from knowledgeable sales member and got 12 months intrest free with Certigy. Very Happy!
