The best gym in Toowoomba I have had the pleasure of working out of. The staff/management and members are friendly and supportive. The gym/toilets are always kept clean. There is so much variety of machines/free weights/sled track/open space to train clients. My daughter loves going to the creche - the girls in the creche are very caring. So grateful to work out of an amazing place.
I have personally seen both Kash Konditioning and Elisha Kennedy Remedial Massage Therapist. This Gym is seriously your one stop shop for health! Wonderfully knowledgeable trainers and staff and such a lively atmosphere!
