I foolishly made an appointment for my partner to get his beard and haircut. He either got the school based trainee or the first year apprentice as the hairdresser who was supposedly doing his cut was busy. After a few minutes of a hack job the girl had blunt borrowed scissors, he told them to even the sides of his hair and got up and left in disgust. Then he had to find another hairdresser to correct the messy and pay again. Not good customer service whoever did this should be ashamed of themselves as I usually get good service. No excuses for this type of customer service who ever was in charge or supervising this type of hairdressing in a Centre as competitive as Toowoomba needs to rethink what they are doing to a salon that was highly thought of.

Love this place soo much! Best in Toowoomba, they are so good at what they do and have the nices people on stuff who you are able to have a descent conversation with. Definitely highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Had a style cut with Jess and she was wonderful. She listened to what I wanted and gave me an amazing cut. I really enjoyed Minx as a salon as well - felt very pampered, with a complimentary drinks menu and everything! Will definitely make this my permanent go-to salon for my hair!
