Just once I would like to walk into the Toowoomba store and receive customer service. Not one member of staff ever approaches nor, when I reach the counter laden with products, am I treated with an ounce of friendliness. Very, very poor customer service.
I had the most wonderful shopping experience at your Toowoomba Store yesterday. The chap who served me was called Moriah. You have a wonderful asset in this young man. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his approach to customers was great. I was just passing through Toowoomba and I loved the town but the service I received at your store, left me feeling as though I mattered. Please pass on my comments to Moriah.Larain Shannon
