they were quite rough with me and my bub and wouldn't perform a hearing test so i had to come back the next day to have it done
I was only in for day surgery but it was all went very well. The staff were fantastic, could not do enough for me. I was treated like a Royal and the Hospital standards were great.
Very disappointed in the room. Get with the times. It is 2018 shared rooms are a thing of the past. With the money we pay for private health insurance we desire a Private Room. I suggest that we only support private hospitals that provide private rooms for all customers.
I visited St Vincents last night. The reception staff were amazing - she went out of her way to provide assistance. The cardiac ward that I visited were also helpful.
