Very frustrating have been waiting 3 mths to get a previous statement each time getting the run around and being placed on hold for ages.Apparently I'm told now after three months they can't email what I need they will have to post it. I have been into their branch twice with the same request and numerous phone calls now I'm told it will be posted, should receive withing 5 to 10 working days.I won't hold my breath.If not received I will certainly be moving to another provider. Frustrated VERY!!
