This store used to be great, when the gentlemen were working there to assist. They were great lads and always went out of their way to help. Im an older woman and have moved my business elsewhere since the woman manager came. Shes rude, unhelpful and has a very nasty tone. Never offers to help and never goes out of her way. I go to BWS outside now and theyre always more helpful. Such a shame.
