Couldn't book a driving test on line, tried for ages. Then rang up, wait was over 15 mins! Was hoping to to be next and then the phone clicked off!!!!!!!!!!!! Very frustrating!!!!
Parking? None. Just wanted to renew my rego staff member wasn't just rude but went on a personal rant. In the past I've found them very uniformed regarding change of vehicle ownership. They aren't accountable to supervisors who should be nearby to notice or care if the staff misbehave. Vicroads is the most professional set of transport departments I've seen, they leave qld & sa for dust & have no security screens or guards, because they work so well, issues are rare & resolved swiftly.
