Quoted $20 - $40 to cut two keys for a mortice lock (could have bought new lock with keys from Bunnings for $25 but happy to pay similar for new keys and keep existing lock). After keys were cut told cost was $90 !! They claimed quote was $20 to $40 for each key (bull****) and it turned out to be a bit more expensive. Keys were very common ones, worth a few cents each and invoice stated 15 minutes labour. A surgeon would charge less per minute to cut out a tumor. Never again.
Attempted to contact numerous time throughout the day and always goes to a mesage bank during business hours. Tried a diffrent locksmith today but he was already booked so attmpted to call Toowoomba locksmiths again and give them another chance... should of known better because yet again called and had no answer twice before I gave up and just waited for the orginal locksmith. If they want to have a business then why not answer the phone????? So much for 24 hrs emergency service
Would recommend them to anyone! Got me back into my car and even drove me to it!
