11/2/19 Had breakfast here this morning and as soon as we entered we were greeted by the friendly and very helpful Maddie. Not used to this kind of service from Maccas. The store was clean and inviting and the food was fresh and cheaper than our local store. We paid 50 cents less for our frappes as part of the breakfast meal. We quite often have to go to Toowoomba and we will certainly be back!
McDonald's, get rid of the so called fast service registers... in no way are they quicker than person to person service. It also gives the young teenagers some customer service training
This McDonalds is a absolute disgrace! Last two times Ive been there service has been terrible. First visit I went through the drive thru to get two happy meals and a Apple pie. Young lady handed me my meals and informed me that pie would be another 7 minutes. Just got my money back on that one. Today when my wife and I had lunch there (about 1:45pm) notice how dirty restaurant was (usually is) and women's toilets were absolutely disgusting. For a corporation that prides themselves on cleanliness overall most McDonalds in Australia fail miserably. Furthermore, no pickles on the burgers today. Manager or customer service supervisor must have been hiding. Next time I go in ill take my cell phone in to take pictures and send them to corporate McDonalds.
Straightforward friendly service. We were there late at night and staff were still polite and helpful!
I have found this to be a nice place to meet clients. Ive been twice recently and both times the coffee has been great and the service has been very friendly. I noticed the restaurant was clean and tidy. My kids love the playground they have here and they could play in it all day if I let them.
