I have used Malouf Chemist at the ridge now for the last 2 years, during this time the staff have always been extremely courteous and understanding of my health issues. Absolutely fantastic place. Would not go anywhere else. I would rather wait for Malouf to open before going to another chemist somewhere. Thanks guys for doing a great job
I am posting this review on behalf of my friend who was treated disgustingly at the Malouf at middle ridge. She was completely ignored by two members of staff while it was obvious she as struggling with her two year old child. She as standing in line waiting to be served with a couple standing behind her in the line. The lady at the register offered to serve the people behind my friend although she was in line first. Additionally, when she first came in there was another couple in the chemist that had walked around for a bit, left the shop for a bit and came back and the staff member at the register chose to serve customers that had left the shop and came back before my friend who remained in the shop the whole time. There was only one staff member in this chemist that bothered to acknowledge my friend, all other members of staff chose to blantaly ignore her. Its clear your staff need further training instead of being ignorant towards young mothers. If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would!

The prices for scripts is ridiculously exorbitant and I will never go back to this chemist.I paid $5.99 for clarithro 250mg at chemist warehouse and went to malouf to get the repeat filled today. The malouf price is $19.65When I asked about the price difference, the pharmacy assistant said "we are not a discount chemist" and "we charge what the government recommends".
