Rupert was booked in for a teeth clean and nail trim. Was very impressed with all the team. Very professional, friendly and treated Rupert with utmost care. Dr Rachel, Ruperts vet, was very thorough, explained everything very clearly and also provided written notes to take home for further management of Ruperts health concerns.
I have had the absolute pleasure of meeting the staff and Rachel the vet. This team is dynamic. I feel very comfortable discussing any worries or concerns with Rachel and i am pleased to say she always gives great advice. The animals i take in to see her get the ultimate care and are always happy to see her. If they were scared going in, as puppies usually are, they come out excited and happy and not wanting to leave. Latitia is usually the first person i speak to as she answers the phone most times. She has a wonderful relaxed nature and a positive vibe when meeting the new dogs and puppies i bring in. These ladies truly love animals and you can see that with their interactions with the animals that attend this clinic. I am very happy to recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone.
