Very helpfull staff good service.
Mixed bag dealing with these guys. The salesman was nice enough to deal with in most cases but can become very pushy in the end. Mediating the purchase to lesson the BS calls helped but if you are comparing between run out and current offers can change the helpful nature.NOTE: negotiate any offers up front and get in writing immediately. Any requests for refunds or payments of spotters fees is just a joke. Communication between departments is not good and ignoring emails seems to be common practice. Would like to fully recommend and in some cases I may with a string of watch outs attached!This review outcome could have been much improved if only agreements and offers were carried through with, instead of saying anything to get you out the door. Not what I see is a lasting good experience.
Perfect place to buy a new or used vehicle
Just moved to this beautiful town. New (12 month old, 13,000km) top of the range Carnival. Can we have the car from 8am to 4pm? Yes I say (must be a big service this time). Walk around beautiful Grand Central for 7 hours before finally over it, walk back up to Kia in 39 degree heat, "Andrew they have just taken your car in, should only be an hour to hour and half" WHAT!!! Then to rub it right in car is out front 1 1/2 hours later and I'm sitting there and took me to go to desk half hour later before was told " Yes it's ready will just sort out the paperwork now for you" another 15 minutes. NEVER, EVER AGAIN, EVER. Will drive to Brisbane or over the border for 24 month service, all future services, and when I buy my second Kia. Horrendous service, and that's me being tactful. If Kia Toowoomba think people won't travel for decent service think again. Oh and $166 for 7 litres of oil!! Really!! Enjoy that, hope that was worth it too. My gorgeous sister in law and her gentleman of a husband have had a similar experience, she is pregnant and they left her in tears. Hope Kia Aus reads this and strips them of their Kia dealership
