Not specifically relevant to the Towoomba Franchise, but relevant to all Laser electrical franchise providers. Do not use Laser Electrical, cost me over $20,000, franchise holder found guilty of illegal work by the ESO. 3 phase power shorted straight to ground, due to illegal install completed by Laser Electrical. We had to engage another Electrician to fix the work as we were out of power for over a month. Electrical Safety Office report can be supplied if requested. If Laser Electrical changes electrical licence holders/business owners they assert the Laser Electrical brand carries no responsibility for the previous work. The Laser Group hide behind a term they are a buying group, but in my view the buying group name would only be relevant on wholesaler invoices if this was the case. I guess the point is that these franchises seem to change owners, but in their eyes carry no long term responsibility for the work done by the Electrician. They have tried bullying me with legal threats and character defamation, but can't follow through as everything I have stated is true. In my opinion you are better off staying away from the franchise electrical contractors and sticking to company based electricians or smaller operators.
