Normally really good. Asked for help a few times but just waited. Ended up asking another customer service because they were buying the same thing. Told by one of their workers she wasn't helping us because she was going home.
OMG worst service everWent to Toowoomba west store very helpful tried to ring north store no answer so drive across eight workers standing around talking about there weekend phone rang non stop whilst we were there when we asked for assistance they pointed to aisle not one could get up and assist management you need to address this poor work ethic in this store
Normally Bunnings service has been a bit lacking however Barry in the garden equipment (irrigation / sprinklers) was excellent. He is an asset do not let him go. Excellent knowledge and great interpersonal skills.
Regular Bunnings. They could do so much more to make the shopping experience better but they don't. I only shop here when I have no choice. Sadly that's too often.
Parking was easily accessible. Store is huge! The items we needed were relatively easy to locate but there seemed to be a lack of staff to ask any questions of. Otherwise, checkout staff seemed pleasant and friendly.
