Confusing setup with a hardware store and timber yard. Not consumer friendly for somebody who wants to browse through offerings. Literally running at you to ask "what do you want" when you enter, is the opposite of customer service. They have not learned anything in 30 years.
Always find the staff good to deal with and generally they have what I am after- or they will suggest another local supplier.
Very unimpressed with the service and will not be returning. We ordered timber on Tuesday 6th to be picked up by today (Friday 9th Dec), and were told it would be ready by Thursday 8th. When we showed up, our order wasn't even ready, and we were made to wait nearly 2 hours while the timber was dressed. Deplorable service. Do not go here if you want something done on time and done right the first time.
Bloody top place. First time I've been there this morning. Will be going back for sure. Staff very friendly & helpful.
