Worst customer service in boutique jewellery shop I have ever experienced. The shop assistant had zero product knowledge, did not try to suggest alternative options and made no effort to size my finger for the ring we were trying to buy. She walked away from us in the middle of serving us to serve another customer leaving us standing in the middle of the shop. When we asked her to size my finger she had no idea how to do so. Pathetic service, pathetic product knowledge and pathetic attitude. You would think in an exclusive shop like this the shop assistants would be knowledgeable, approachable and willing to ensure customer satisfaction, but apparently these things arent deemed important these days. Very bad experience, would not shop there again and wouldnt recommend the silver shop to anyone. Ever.
