I even dont want to give 1star. Minus star.I bought a house and my loan broker recommended this office.They are very slow and dont give any guide. 2days early before settlement they called and asked me to transfer money with telegraphic fransfer. It costed $30.I had to go to the bank to do it. It is not a normal phone banking.I really regret hiring these people.Solicitor fee is 1200. And search fee 500. Loan broker said fee was 1200. But it was 1700.Anyway I hope they learn from their mistakes.
Spoke to David overThe phone regarding some issues and was really rest assured that I would be helped. Turned up the following day say Georgia and felt like the scum of the earth. I have never felt so worthless in all my life after dealing with her. Cost me $360 which is my families food budget for about three weeks.It was not a pleasure to deal with Georgia at all. Maybe if you deal with David you might be treated like a human being but my experience left me crying in the car park and wanting to end my life.
