They were supposed to be doing our conveyance for our property purchase, well... they didnt tell us there was a sewer line across the property that would require to be relined before we built our house nor did they advise us that the fence on one of the sides of the property was too far over on our side effectively losing us 17.5m2... not impressed with them at all.I note your response however our lawyer Ellie did not advise us of that at the time...
