Possibly the worst motel in Toowoomba. If I could get this review to the world, I would highly suggest that you do not even consider it. Reasons:Extremely rudeTerrible serviceArrogance beyond anything I've experiencedThey kicked a young woman onto the street because she couldn't pay $200 holding deposut even though her company had paid for the stay and told the owner that they'd cover all expenses and anything owing. They left their credit xard to pay the deposit, which they were told was acceptable, rhen proceeded to demand extra payment. DO NOT STAY HERE!
Great hotel for a short stay in town. Good location, friendly staff, beautiful rooms. Only issue I had was with the wifi, couldn't connect when I was in my room even thought the wifi was really strong.
Have stayed a few times this year with work. Keep coming back because of the great value and so clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a real bonus. The staff are very friendly, even housekeeping in the mornings. So long as I go to Toowoomba this is where I will chose to stay. Thanks for the great stays.
You know what? This place is BRILLIANT. If you're after something to just sleep in that's comfortable, stay here! The room is small, but the bed is comfortable, and the shower cubicle is rather bigger than I expected. It's clean and tidy and had everything you desire.It's close to the shopping centre, (which even had parking for the over 70s, which means no dints in your car.) Includes breakfast, the managers are just delightful and catering (I added an extra person last minute, no charge, but we did share the same bed)I'll definitely be back. Oh did I mention FREE WIFI?
