It was a most gorgeous afternoon to go for a walk, everything in the park was rejoicing from the rain we had earlier in the day.
A very pretty park with plenty of shady places to enjoy lunch. The roses in flower were stunning.
A beautiful oasis in central Toowoomba, A picturesque park where you can relax. The children can happily play while you cook a bbq or set up for a picnic. Or take a leisurely stroll through the gardens, smell the herbs around the fountain area. Don't forget your camera.
Beautiful park offering so much, there are wonderful flower gardens in the spring with the most amazing floral displays. A awsome kids playground a variety of seating and picnic tables throughout the park. Some parking is available in the actual park (several disable car parks) and there is kerbside parking available nearby.There park has several paved paths winding throughout it, that are suitable for prams, wheelie walkers and wheel chairs. There is also a toilet block within the park that is well maintained and very clean.
A smaller version of the Queens Park Gardens. Lovely just the same. Love the sensory garden where you get to smell and touch the herbaceous plants in that section. You get to enjoy scones and tea from the Croquet Club nearby too.
