Charming well maintained gardens. Beautiful flowers everywhere. Great place to take photographs. I felt safe here. Plenty of places and spaces to have a picnic. The toilets were noteably clean. Accessible for wheelchair users from multiple carparks and footpaths too.
Always a clean & well maintained park. With lots of events featured & held here it's a space that creates & holds lots of memories while still holding on to its country charm.
Had a great new year family outing. Fireworks were great! Entertainment was great. More food venders would be appreciated as well as more rides. The lines were ridiculous.
It's no surprise that Toowoomba, aka The Garden City, has a beautiful botanic gardens. The council makes an amazing effort throughout the year to treat the public to a myriad of plants and flowers that ensnare the senses. It's a very large space with plenty of room to have a picnic on the grass in the shade. There are also picnic tables and bathrooms available. The gardens are also connected to the MUCH larger Queens Park, which includes multiple ovals, off the leash dog park, and kids playground.
The Botanic Garden is very peaceful and relaxing place to chill and smell the flowers in the air. Especially when the Flower Festival the Botanical Gardens is very bountiful of flowers and people to check them around...
