I have been reading the negative reviews and they are absolute twaddle! None of this is true the animals at this pet store are very well looked after with premium quality food being given to them daily, cool environments and extremely loving staff members. Every single time I have been to pets galore I have had a perfect experience and it puts other pet stores to shame. The service is impeccable and Nicole, the owner is an absolute sweetheart and truly cares for the animals and every customer who walks through the door. I have had nothing but good experiences at this store! I will definitely be returning to this amazing pet shop. :)
Great pet shop it is clean all of the animals had clean food and water and looked healthy and happy, no dead fish or birds or mice or any other animals, all employees are very helpful and kind and prices are very reasonable, I'm definitely shopping here again I don't know what people are talking about when they say Pets galore must be shut down and that all the animals are dead and not cared for, please go in and see for your self before you read some of these comments anyways great shop would recommend.
WORST PET SHOP IN AUSTRALIAMy partner and I were in the store looking to buy a puppy. We asked the owner Nicole if we could play with a dog we were very interested in but she said no the puppies arent allowed out. We told her we couldnt buy a dog without even touching it first so she finally got it out but wouldnt let us hold the puppy. Unfortunately the dog was far too expensive for us (in the mid thousands range). When putting the dog away it jumped out of her grasp and Nicole responded by kicking the small puppy and yelling at it. We told her she couldnt do that and she accused my partner of recording the incident. We went home and notified RSPCA and the police immediately. The animals are all sick and dying and none had water or food visibly available to them, even in this heat. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! The animals suffer and the service is horrible. The owner has been accusing people of lying but if you dont believe us, go and see for yourself. I went into the store just to have a look and the owner, Nicole, was friendly to begin with until she realised i was only looking. She was rude and treating me like a criminal or a child, watching me as i walked around the store. There were dead fish, mice and birds in the cages. The cats and dogs were crowded in, with 6-7 of them in each cage. Multiple cats had weepy eyes and noses. I was holding my phone in my hand this whole time and as I went to leave, Nicole snatched it out of my hand and accused me of taking photos. She made me tell her my passcode so she could unlock the phone and check my gallery before she would give it back. My heart breaks for the animals that have to live in that environment. PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!
