The staff are so lovely and care so much about there customers!! The two young ladys working there with there parrots are amazing!

Wide range of brands and products, and great staff. There is plenty of on street parking out front. You can also wash and weigh your dog in the designated area. I also like that their rewards program actually gives you money back, which then comes off your next purchase.
Absolutely amazing, this pet shop is great. This place puts Pets Galore to shame. Very few animals kept here, they just seem invested in the care of animals.
Just washed the dog. The auto dog wash works! Unlike the machines at the Anzac Avenue store there is great water pressure, there is shampoo and conditioner and everything happens as it should! Goodbye Anzac Avenue store. No reflection on the staff who are fabulous. Its been 3 years but my loyalty has not been rewarded. Your dog wash machines should be replaced. And you need a new plumber. Ruthven Street Petstock has a new loyal customer - my dog Elroy.
