I had a terrible experience with Lana. I booked a Contiki tour with her to America. I went by myself so made the situation so much worse for me. I have never been so stressed in my life. When you're a young girl travelling overseas by yourself, you don't expect so many things to go wrong. Never trust a travel agent, or make sure you read the itinerary cover to cover. I did, and I had to clarify a date with her that I thought didn't seem right, and still got messed up. She assured me it was correct, I ended up missing one of bus tours when i first got there coz she double booked. She booked the wrong dates for things. At one point I had to find my own accommodation in San Francisco. I was a mess. Thanks for ruining my trip. I expect better from a manager too! You trust these people to make your holiday stress free, this was not the case!
After having great service over the phone and email to walk into the store and be ignored... although they are with a client a simple " Hello I won't be long" is not hard. Acknowledge me!! If I had not already paid my money I would have left!!
Very great service. They have done an amazing job and been very informative in keeping me up to date with my booking. I recommend them to everyone I meet and talk to about my travels. Could not of asked for a better travel agent.
I have booked 3 overseas trips through Megan Collins at Flight Centre, Grand Central. Megan comes across as someone who loves what she does & I find her to be very approachable and friendly. Each time she has been super helpful, always responding promptly to my emails and / or phone calls. I definitely plan to continue booking through Megan!
