Terrible Service, Overpriced Junk and Long Queue and only one person serving in the whole store. Never coming back again and would not reckomend!

Every staff member and experience is different. That said I had an amazing staff member today. He understood my dilemma and made sure I got what I needed. He clearly stated i can return it after a couple of days if it does not fix my problem. It did BTW. So happy.
Bike service department is absolutely disgusting had that many excuses and stories for a month now and nothing has happened plz fix this especially when your paying for a service!
Great service. Bought a few kayaks and the girls helped drag them all out and find everything I needed quickly and with great attitudes
