A quick shop for a Kask Helmet. Forgot the name of the male staff member but he was very helpful and had me try 3 different helmets for fit, settled on the 2nd choice for price and comfort. Keen to visit again in the future.

The level of Customer Service at Bennetts Cycles is unparalleled and exceeds even 5-Star Service.The staff are genuinely friendly and they go above and beyond to ensure that you walk out of the store with exactly what you need. They were more than happy to show us some bicycle basics (we know very little) and they ensured that we understood what we had been taught. Throughout the process of buying my daughter a new bike, we had some great conversations with Brian - a truly amazing person. Unfortunately we did not catch the name of the lady who also assisted us, but she too was just lovely. I would recommend Bennetts Cycles to anyone wanting to urchase a new bike - for whatever purpose.
