Poor communication, not one returned phone call in 3mths, despite waiting on information about a warranty claim. appeared more interested in selling than providing after sales service.

The only reason i am giving you four stars is the parking situation.... other then that staff are welcoming and awsome blokes to chat to .

Staff are welcoming and friendly. Went in to pickup a friends bike that was in for some modifications and they were very attentive and quick to ask if I needed assistance. From memory they only stock Trek bikes.
