Did an online price evaluation with no response after 48hrs? Decided to turn up any way for a trade on a 2018 plated Kluger. Told sales man that we are looking at a CX9 as well and just need a trade price.lol No trade price given as they are to busy and no lease discount offered as per last dealings with them. The sales man was missiing for 15 mins at a time and we felt under valued as potential customers. Customer sales are rediculous at Toowoomba Toyota. We have purchased 4 vehicles from here and now we will deal with Mazda as they made us feel welcome and valued with also making our deal amazing. Toyota Toowoomba start allowing the sales people to make team decision and stop lying and avoiding your customers. This is the 4th time and I cant put up with you guys dissapearing all the timewhile trying to do business. Your tactic is not customer freindly at all.
Was happy with the lead up to sale. Everything was agreed on. The bullbar was left off the contract but the price remained the same. Arrived to pick up the car and bullbar was not fitted. The window tint was wrong on the back windows. The finance manager had forgot to mention other paperwork that was required on the day. They assured it would be sorted so I took the vehicle, and I got a poxy $250 voucher to cover the bullbar, even after the salesman admitted to the stuff up. Now $1800 out of pocket when it was included in the price originally. Four hours drive to get a better deal and after all that, could have got the same deal an hour down the road. Not very happy at all!
After having some issues with another dealers after sales service we tried moved over to Toyota. The service was top quality and the cars have done us very well, as a Driving School you can imagine how much we test the quality of the car :) They have brought us in quickly when there has been an issue (not due to faulty mechanics, but faulty drivers hitting curbs) and were quick to order parts and repair the damage.All our cars are now Toyota, even the family car and we will continue with them as it's always a friendly service from the purchase to the loans agreements to the pick up and after sales service.
they broke the contract and tried to increase the prices in order to earn more money. It makes me feel terrible. Our customers' right is plundered.
