Wait was two an a half hours witch wouldnt have been bad if the doctor i got was actully any help at all. But dr saji just looked at my foot said it will be fine, no nothing about it witch i hurt on saturday an still cant walk on an wrote on the medical cert "complaining" witch doesn't sound very professional an doesnt look good when i take it into my work. So thanks for nothing mate
Doctor Tuttle is excellent in all aspects of doctoring, even a great listener.Wait times can be a hit or miss affair but even if you have a appointment with different surgeries / other doctors on Toowoomba, you will still wait and it can be over 2 or 3 hours too be seen.So it is no different at this medical center, sometimes you get lucky and are seen quickly but hey some doctors are worth the wait.They have a lot of different doctors on at once sometimes up to 8 doctors can be working.Well worth checking out this surgery.
Not good showed up at opening time just to get results sat for 3 hours before I was seen while people came in and left again and when asked about it they said I had another 6 in front of me yet when I showed up there was only 5 people in the place. Really bad and so unprofessional. Hospital would be faster
I have used this facility for 12 months and I regret to say that it has lost its energy and vibrancy to serve and help ill people. In the last week I had to have 3 visits the length of time took: 4 hours, 3.5 hours and 3 hours. It crushed my spirit. Sitting waiting for that length of time I could see that there were a few doctors who were consistently seeing patients around 15-20 minutes. Thank you to to those who were obviously working well. But other doctors I would see coming out of their rooms almost hourly, although one doctor, in the 4 hours I waited came out twice. What has happened? It seems that they are not paid per patient otherwise service would be efficient. This place needs a revitalisation, a different business plus provision of care models, and I suspect different doctor pay system (try per patient) to actually provide timely services for people that are there for health reasons not pleasure. The doctors who are working timely to see patients should be rewarded and those who are "sneaking off" as I heard a receptionist joke to a one of the doctors, he said to her "I haven't seen you for a while. Did you sneak out the back?" Well those doctors if paid per patient can accept the consequences and not ride on the back of the few doctors working more consistently. The place needs a thorough review, evaluation and reworking of all its systems and processes. Hence why I have rated it so poorly.
Had been waiting for 2 and half hours and still haven't seen a doctor. About 15 people arrived after me and got in before I did Queried the rude reception lady as to why people were going in before me and her reply was that its not possible. Yeah right... Was just great waiting all that time with a terrible ear ache.Only good thing was the lovely doctor I eventually seen.
