I have rented through First National for a while now and they have been by far the best real estate I've ever had a the chance to rent through. The people I have had the privilege to deal with have been very kind, honest, fair and very reasonable, definitely makes the experience better knowing the people helping to house you are understanding, easy to talk to and friendly. Firstly I would like to thank Tammy for the great job she does. I have had a not pleasant experience with tennents in the past but nothing was too much trouble for Tammy & she handled the difficult times with what seemed to be no problem. Thankfully that has now changed. I dont think I could have a better manager looking after my property.Cheers Tammy & I hope youre going to be around for a long time.
Hi, Rating of 3 stars is for previous property managers, because of either not knowing or just refusing to pass on information to tenant in relation to property not being registered as a duplex hence making every thing extremely difficult to either have installed eg landline or personal information updated online again because of not being registered as a duplex meaning it never existed on the national database. Current Property Manager has been dumped with all past problems and seems to be trying to do a good job, cannot comment fully as we have not had the privilege of meeting with only communicating via email mostly making it difficult to explain things clearly since not been here to look at property as yet but seems better, I will give her 4 stars which may change once we meet.
