Previously used iThink property in Toowoomba. Would not recommend them to anyone. Was renting through them with no problems being fixed, consistently being harassed by them, the property I rented was unliveable due to the smell that they refuted did not exist despite personally getting and paying for professionals to come out and give an opinion and options and could never get in contact with the team. They took bond at time of exit for previous tenants dirt, damage etc as noted in the entry notice and then refuted ever receiving such due to staff being on leave and no longer working there. I do not recommend them to anyone. The reason they got one star is because there is no rating for 0 stars available.
The iThink property team has an approach to customer service and client relations that is second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben and Kylie Walker and all of the team down at iThink property to any of my friends, colleagues and associates that are in the market for either a rental or to purchase a property.5 star team from top to bottom!
