Have had my investment property managed by Cooper and the team for over two years. They have been great to deal with and I can have a "hands-off" approach and know that my property is being looked after.
I had the misfortune of leasing a property through Realway R.E Toowoomba. When I arrived at the house a first time cleaner was mopping the tiles in the living area. The rest of the house was a mess , not cleaned and the carpet was original and looked it (25yrs old). The property manager assured me it would be ready to move into on the date. What a mess, after several complaints , the property mgr got he kitchen and ensuite cleaned, the rest of the house remained in a dirty condition until I could get the time to do it. The property mgr should not be in her position because I got no satisfaction and very little communication. I also found out that the property owner did not have sufficient funds to have the carpet replaced and the house cleaned to a liveable standard , but expected me to have it spotless when I moved out. Thumbs down for property management at Realway Real Estate Toowoomba. Avoid them like the plague or you will get caught.

This place is a joke. As a tennant they are absolutely rude and unprofessional and trying to get a reply email is like having your teeth pulled. And that's speaking about a 'thanks for the email I'll look it to it' generic bull other real estates seem to have as auto reply. Actually getting something done? Forget about it. Maybe just maybe if you go in and make a fuss they'll half ass something. Not that I'd really know because communication is non existent. Will my roof leak next time it rains? Do I need to water proof everything again? I know someone came and looked at it but there's no evidence anything was done and it's not like my property manager sees any point in updating me as I'm only just the person living in the place. Worse is that there are severely unethical if not illegal issues that I've contacted them about multiple times. Do I get any response? Nope not at all. Pathetic and not worth paying a cent to.
