Not very good at managing property. Shoddy plumbing repairs by contractor not dealt with.Toilet leak missed on inspection, but obvious in photo taken by property manager. When asked how they could have missed it I got a shrug of the shoulders.
RE/MAX is by fare one of the most supportive and informative companies in Toowoomba. Having a new management and my first one they have been there every step of the way. Katie Knight and Chan Desilva have been amazing to deal with and such down to earth and caring people that see this not as just a business but as a place to help those who dont know much about the property industry. I cant recommend them more highly both as people and a company.
